Good evening JJ…I am getting ready to start this phase of the program and I am doing some research and planning for vegetarian meal ideas. I was wondering if soups were ok during this phase as long as it was vegetable broth, water or tomotoe base. Are the Bob Red Mill soups(13 bean and vegetable)and soup mix seasoning ok to use? You recommend some of their products and I wasn't sure if you were familiar with these products. Also I was planning to add the green mix to a smoothie for breakfasts? Do you have any smoothie recipes or ideas for what items based water I can add it to? Fresh squeezed juice?

Thanks Malbri! Looks like you're just about ready! Soups (without meats) are allowed. I know more about bobs red mills hot and cold cereals but they're products are generally very healthy no artificial ingredients or added sugars. If you do soup, adding fresh veggies is best to get the highest nutrient content from them. For the green drink, my clients either just use water or little unsweetened apple juice. Those that make smoothies add fresh berries and strawberries to it. I make fresh squeezed grapefruit juice most mornings but I drink my green drink as a totally separate drink. I personally like about 4 ounces of unsweetened prune juice and 4 ounces of water in my green drink. Here are some of my favorite green drink recipes but these work best for my clients who actually JUICE their own green leafy veggies each day. I made a great tasting green drink this morning. It was pretty good…like I can drink this every morning good. So did I do something wrong. My concoction:

 

1 scoop Green Vibrance

1 tbsp Fiber 35 sprinkles

2 tsp Stevia

8oz Almond Breeze Unsweetened Chocolate milk

 

It was like a chocolate shake. Was it ok to mix with the milk? I hope so. It has 0 grams of sugar.

Burbaby!  You go girl… all those ingredients are PERFECT!!  Great creativity… i'm gonna have to try this… but with the vanilla unsweetened almond milk!  Thanks for sharing that!
