"I lost 57 Pounds and No Longer Need Medication for my Diabetes and Cholesterol!" Mona Aaron

I just want to thank you for your book and the DEM system!  Prior to the DEM system, I weighed 212 pounds, wore a size 18, was on 5 different medications for high blood pressure, diabetes and high cholesterol. In mid March, I was taking my 11 year old son to the bus stop and you were on the Steve Harvey show. I immediately bought your book and started my lifestyle change. Six months later, I weigh 155 pounds, wear a size 8, and no longer need medication for my diabetes and cholesterol. My blood pressure medication has been reduced to 10mg and I am hoping to be off of that medication on my next doctor's visit next month.
